Students are required to bring their diary to
school everyday.

Students who come to school on their own should reach the school atleast 5 minutes before the first bell. The
students coming late to the school will be sent back home.

Students should always be neatly dressed with
their shoes polished and their hair done properly.

No student should shout or whistle in the
school premises.

Student must take care of the school properly.
Damaging school furniture, writing on the walls or disfiguring school property
will be dealt with strictly and fine will be imposed on them.

Students are forbidden to practice any
borrowing or lending. They are advised not to bring costly articles to the
school. In case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated.

Students are not allowed to use any office
telephone without the permission of the office incharge.

Parents and guardians are not permitted to
visit the classrooms or visit their wards or take them during the school hours
without the written permission of the Principal. If your ward has to leave the
school campus during school hours he must bring a letter explaining the reason
and should obtain a gate pass from the Principal to the class teacher at the
time of leaving.

Absolute silence should be maintained in
library. Library books marked, disfigured, damaged or lost will have to be
replaced or paid for by the borrower.

If a book is loaned for 7 days then no book
will be issued till the previous book is returned.

Facilities of canteen, book shop, etc may be
utilized only during recess or before/after school hours.

The parents should check their ward's school diary regularly and respond to the teacher's remarks (if any) immediately.

The students must submit the homework on time
and must do its followup. His/Her work should be complete. If his/her work is
regularly incomplete, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her and
he/she may be asked to leave the school.

No student will be allowed to take
Annual/Board examination, if his/her attendance is found to be less than 75%.

If a student is found involved in any
indisciplinary activities he/she will be asked to leave the school immediately.

Students suffering from any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school.

All the students must be regular and punctual
in attending the school and participating in school activities.

Proper entry in the absence note column given
in the diary should be made by parents in case of absence of even one day.

Request for sick leave should be supported by
a medical certificate.

Willful absenteism in the Senior Secondary
classes is extremely undesirable & strict action will be taken in this
regard. Parents may be asked to accompany their ward to school the next day.

Parents can meet the class teacher on every
fourth Saturday of a month without a prior appointment.
